There's the heat of a piazza, there's the strongest storm in 100 years, and there's six people who have come together to live together and have a backyard garden, with a home-made kitchen, with a long pipe, that brings water, and there are plants growing out of the cobblestones, and the six want to sing songs, remember how to share, sit in a yard, mend bones and squat a shop and find that there is in fact, a town on a river. In July 2022, six artists met for a residency in Villach, Austria. The aim was to find new ways of working and creating performances for those who wander through this living room of Europe.
